Lodge Your Application

Your can lodge your Planning Application by mail or in person.

To lodge your Application by mail, prepare an envelope containing:

•  Application Form
• All additional documents
• Cheque for application fee.

Payment must be made by cheque if your Application is being sent by mail. Find out the fee applicable for your Application by downloading the Planning Fees schedule from the RELATED DOWNLOADS box at the right of this page. Send your Application to the following address:

Locked Bag 1, Bundoora, MDC 3083

To lodge your Application in person, bring the following items with you to the City of Whittlesea offices during busines hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

• Application Form
• All additional documents
• Application fee.

If you lodge your Application in person you may pay the Application fee by cheque, cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Find out the fee applicable for your Application by downloading the Planning Fees table from the RELATED DOWNLOADS box at the right of this page.

Please note that Planning Application fees are exempt from the Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are not refundable.
