In accordance with Section 130(2) of the Local Government Act 1989 ("the Act") Council hereby gives public notice that, having complied with all the relevant requirements of the Act, the Budget for the financial year ending 30 June 2010 as presented at the Special Council meeting held on Tuesday 14 July 2009 was adopted.
