Heritage Program

Heritage means many things to many people. It may be the stories your parents told you of your grandfather’s migration to Australia, the buildings constructed by early pioneers that have stood the test of time, or this land and its sites of indigenous significance.

The City of Whittlesea Heritage Program celebrates the heritage of the entire community, whatever that may be. It provides an opportunity to celebrate, not only the heritage of the individual, but of all those who come together to make up our culturally diverse community.

The program provides something of interest to everyone, with events taking place from June to November.
