Epping Memorial Hall

Epping Memorial Hall is the largest public hall in the City of Whittlesea, and ideal for formal functions. It is available for private, commercial and community group usage. You can make regular bookings or book on a casual basis.

Site inspection times

The hall is open for inspection on Saturday mornings between 9.30am and 10.30am (no appointment necessary).

Booking times

The venue is available for bookings at the following times:

• Monday to Saturday: 9am - 11pm
• Sunday: 9am - 10pm

The caretaker will open and close the venue for casual users at their prescribed booking times.

Fees

Fees are charged at an hourly rate. We require you to pay a bond within 2 weeks of your initial booking, and pay the hire fee 2 weeks before the booking date. You also need public liability insurance, which you can purchase at the time of booking if you do not have your own.

Kitchen is only be available to 1 room booking at a time. It includes:

• no access into main building
