Current Tenders

Council has a program of advertising for tenders for its projects, goods and services. All Council's public Tenders are currently advertised in the Local Government section of Saturday's Age newspaper.

Council's currently advertised Tenders are listed below. Tender documents can be obtained by downloading from this site. This is done by clicking on the Tender title below and following the registration process. Council needs the registration information in case there are any changes to the tender documents during the advertising process. All prospective Tenderers can then be advised.

Once you have been through the registration process, the documents can be downloaded by clicking on the Tender title in the box on the right hand side of the screen. At this point you must "Save" the document (rather than "Open" it) – it can then be saved directly to your local hard drive for your future use.

Tender Documents for CT0708131 Design & Construction of Replacement Bridge at Reservoir Rd Yan Yean
  - Design and construction of an 11.5m wide x 15m span two lane steel and reinforced concrete bridge over the Plenty River on Reservoir Rd, Yan Yean to replace an existing single lane bridge.

Tenders must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the contract name and number and must be placed in the Tender Box located on the ground floor of the Civic Centre, Ferres Boulevard, South Morang by the designated time and date. Tenders submitted by facsimile, e-mail or not placed in the tender box by the nominated time, will not be considered. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any tender, or to accept more than one tender.
