You are entitled to inspect a number of Council documents, reports and registers. To find out how you can access these documents, refer to the tables below.

We must make some documents available under the Local Government Act 1989. We also make a number of other Council documents available to assist the community.

    We publish agendas for Council meetings online. Meeting agendas are published the Monday morning before each Council meeting. We publish meeting minutes from the previous 12 months online.   • List of Special Committees established by Council and their purpose/Minutes of meetings of Special Committees held during previous 12 months

Note: On 5 August 2008, the Minister for Local Government lifted the ‘public tender threshold’ to $150,000 for the purchase of goods and services and to $200,000 for the carrying out of works.
