Family fun at the Community Environment Festival

Test your skills on a ninja course, get up close and personal in our live butterfly display and learn all about nature and our environment at the City of Whittlesea’s Community Environment Festival.

With a host of interactive nature-based activities and science experiments to wow curious little minds, this event is perfect for kids of all ages and their families.

Highlights include a wildlife show by Animals of Oz as well as hands on craft with Eco Explorers. In addition to the many activities on offer, there will also be a range of stalls for you to wander through and learn more about our environment and the little ways each and every one of us can help protect it.

And for when you get hungry, the Whittlesea District Scouts will be on hand, selling barbecue sausages.

This free event will be held on Sunday 5 February, from 11am to 3pm at Orchard Road Community Centre, 121 Orchard Road, Doreen.
