Have your say

Have your say

Monday, December 05, 2022

We’re committed to giving our residents the opportunity to have a say on projects and programs that impact you. You can find the latest consultations on our Engage Whittlesea platform at www.engage.whittlesea.vic.gov.au

Here are just some of the consultations we have open this month.

Gorge Road, South Morang

Earlier in the year, you shared your thoughts on how we could best upgrade the streetscape to make your visit to the strip shops near the corner of Plenty Road safer and more convenient. Based on feedback from the community, Council has now created a blueprint for the area and we’d love to hear your feedback to make sure we have the right plan in place.

Spending wisely

The City of Whittlesea 2023/24 Budget and the 2023/24 Community Plan Action Plan together determine how Council will allocate funds over the next financial year. You’ve already told us what the priorities are for your local area, and now we want to check that what we’ve captured reflects what is most important to you.

Setting the direction

Quarry Hills Regional Parkland is the largest regional park in the City of Whittlesea and will be home to a number of new facilities including the Granite Hills Playground and the Aboriginal Gathering Place.

To help guide the future use and development of the parkland, we’ve developed a draft Future Directions Plan. Have your say on the draft plan and help us set the vision for the area.

Visit www.engage.whittlesea.vic.gov.au to have your say on these projects and sign up for updates about upcoming opportunities to get involved.
