Planning goes digital - apply for a permit online

City of Whittlesea residents no longer need to come to South Morang to lodge a planning permit.

We've made our permit application process digital so you can apply online, at any time of the day or night.

All you need is your documents and plans ready to upload and a Visa or MasterCard to pay the relevant fee.

We are working to make our processes quicker and easier for residents and will bring other processes online shortly.
