EPBC Act Referral 2019/8505 – Findon Road Extension, South Morang, Victoria

Under the direction of the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (AWE), this published notice invites public comment in relation to EPBC Act Referral No. 2019/8505 for the proposed Findon Road Extension, South Morang, Victoria. In order to assist public comment, the following information is provided:

(a) the provision of the Act that requires the material to be published: Section 95A(3);

(b) the identification number for the action, allocated by the department: EPBC 2019/8505;

(c) a descriptive title for the action: Findon Road Extension;

(d) the location of the action: South Morang, Victoria;

(e) the name of the person intending to take the action: City of Whittlesea;

(f) each matter protected by a provision of Part 3 of the Act: threatened species and communities (s18 & 18A);

(g) where a copy of the material may be viewed or obtained:

(i) in electronic and hard copy form; and

(ii) at a reasonable cost or without charge.
