Some 800 residents will be invited to participate in a phone survey about the City of Whittlesea's performance over the past year.

The annual Community Satisfaction Survey will be conducted by an independent market research agency, National Field Services, on behalf of the Victorian Government. 

The survey, conducted from 31 January to mid March, measures community perception of Victorian councils and the broad range of services they deliver.

Results will help Council to identify improvements or ways to more effectively deliver services in the City of Whittlesea.

Details and individual responses will be confidential with overall results shared with Council.
