With COVID-19 pandemic changing the way we work in the past few months, we've brought forward a plan to upgrade our phone system to ensure we can meet the needs of our customers who call us.

The new system will be in place by the end of October. In the meantime, if you are having trouble getting through to us over the phone we ask for your patience as we are experiencing intermittent outages.
