Asset Plan and Asset Management Plans

With over $3.2 billion worth of infrastructure assets across the municipality, Council has developed an over-arching plan that supports our Community Plan to ensure our assets are strategically managed to meet our community’s current and future needs. The Asset Plan is supported by detailed plans for each of the three categories of infrastructure assets - Transport, Parks and Open Space, and Buildings and Facilities.
