Description:: This social chat program for small groups of up to 4 older adults will reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation and by connecting with peers, encouraging new friendships and trying new activities

Participants are required to download Microsoft Teams to participate. Don't have Microsoft Teams? Don't worry- Positive Ageing Team will support you in downloading this app. Just give us a call to register!
