Sandra’s gentle classes are tailored to meet the needs of beginners and are also able to stretch the more experienced.
Yoga for Beginners and Beyond begins 2 February for weekly, hour long yoga sessions until 30 March.
Weekly sessions are available face-to-face or online via zoom.
