Wollert Precinct Structure Plan
The Wollert Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) is the primary plan guiding the future development of the Wollert precinct. It describes how the land is expected to be developed and how and where services will be to support development.
The plan is supported by the Wollert Development Contributions Plan (DCP). It requires development proponents to make a contribution toward the infrastructure required to support the development of the precinct.
