DPV Health is a not-for-profit organisation that offers exceptional health care services to people of all ages. Our vision is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our community. The professional staff at DPV Health deliver a wide variety of clinical, support and community services from 18 sites across the Local Government Areas (LGAs) of Whittlesea, Hume, Mitchell, Melton and Banyule. These include:
Medical Services - DPV Health Medical Centres located in Mill Park and Broadmeadows offer high-quality GP/Doctors and specialist services. Our medical centres are state of the art and fully accredited and are our services are focussed on health promotion, preventive care (immunization, general health screening), treatment of acute and chronic illness, and appropriate referral for more specialized needs where required.
Dental Services - We offer dental services from our four dental clinics located in Broadmeadows, Epping, Craigieburn and Whittlesea. DPV Health dentists and dental nurses are committed to the oral care and wellbeing of all clients. We offer a general dental practice and emergency service program within public sector guidelines.
Physical Health - Our fully qualified team of specialists are trained to deliver a range of holistic services focused on the prevention and treatment of a range of conditions and illnesses, including Audiology, Physiotherapy, Physiology, Speech Therapy, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy and Nutrition & Dietetics.
Mental Health - Our staff of professional social workers, psychologists and mental health nurses deliver mental health services to support you with problems related to – depression, anxiety, loss & grief, stress management, family violence, trauma, support advocacy & counselling for Refugee and Asylum Seekers and other relationship or personal issues.
NDIS & Disability Services - DPV Health’s Disability Services team provides you with services at home and within the community. We are registered with the NDIS to deliver multiple services that provide a ‘one stop shop’ for your health and social needs.
In addition to a range of Medical and General Health services, we offer various programs to support seniors and elders with chronic diseases or conditions and with complex needs. We offer social support programs to help seniors with their wellbeing, prevent social isolation and maintain independence within their community. We also offer specialised programs such as Hospital Admission Risk Program (HARP), hand therapy program, living well with pain program and others.
Child & Youth Services - To support the health and wellbeing of children and young people in the community, DPV Health offer a range of services targeted at health promotion, early identification and intervention, and patient-centred, family-focused care. Our services include paediatric general health, autism assessment, counselling & psychology and teen support programs.
Community Support - Our community support programs are designed to narrow the health equality gap and offer access to primary healthcare services to the most vulnerable communities, such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, Refugee and Asylum Seekers, victims of family violence, those experiencing homelessness etc.
