Sports Club Emergency Grants

In response to the impacts of COVID-19, Council has released a Sports Club Emergency Grant program designed to provide financial assistance to local sports clubs.

Local sports clubs are all in varying positions of financial hardship due to COVID-19, therefore applicants will be weighted against criteria to determine their level of vulnerability. Those deemed high priority can be eligible for grants up to $2000, medium priority up to $1000 and low priority up to $500.
The Sports Club Emergency Grant aims to assist clubs to remain viable so they can get back out on the field and continue to provide opportunities for the community to engage in physical activity through sport.
