Whittlesea Disability Network (WDN)

The Whittlesea Disability Network (WDN) is a group of people with disabilities, carers of people with a disability and service providers in the City of Whittlesea.

The network meets on the second Tuesday of each month (no meeting in January) 9.30am - 12pm, at our Civic Centre offices, to share ideas and information and to address access issues.

The network’s working group is responsible for organising our annual celebrations for International Day of People with a Disability (on 3 December).

Other working groups include the Accessible Parking and Transport, Respite and NDIS Working Group. WDN also forms interest groups on emerging topics at different times when needed.

All are welcome to participate; to share ideas, opportunities and experiences in the hopes we can benefit each other and improve accessibility and inclusion of people with a disability in our local area.
