Epping Memorial Hall

Epping Memorial Hall is the largest public hall in the City of Whittlesea, and ideal for formal functions.

It is available for:

  • commercial
  • community group usage
  • private

Bookings must be made a minimum of 2 weeks before the date of the function/event and must be made by a person aged over 21.

To view the facility please call 9404 8843 to arrange a suitable time.

Booking times

Epping Memorial Hall is available for hire 7 days a week for casual functions and regular activities between the following times:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am - 11pm
  • Friday and Saturday: 9am - midnight
  • Sunday: 9am - 10pm

 

Fees

Fees are charged at an hourly rate.

Casual user fees are as follows (valid until 31 December 2017):

$136 per hour (includes use of kitchen)

 $100 bond
 $16.40 per hour

Suitable for casual and regular hirers (e.g. weddings, engagements, christenings, birthdays, festivals, concerts, programs and activities).
