Customer service

Our Customer Service Centre and planning and building counter at the Civic Centre in Ferres Boulevard, South Morang will be closing at 5pm Thursday 13 January until Monday 31 January. 

During this time, you will still be able to contact us via phone on 9217 2170 or email at info@whittlesea.vic.gov.au

Please note our sharps drop-off service will continue.

Maternal and Child Health

Our Maternal and Child Health staff have been significantly impacted by COVID-19 and as a result we may need to cancel or reschedule appointments at short notice. We ask for your patience as we work to keep our families and nurses safe. Priority is being given to babies under 12 months of age and 3.5 year old appointments. Our staff will be in touch however if you have any urgent concerns you can contact the Maternal and Child Health 24-hour line on 13 22 29.

Home Support for older residents

Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on our staff we are currently unable to provide some services, to allow us to ensure the provision of essential services. During this time we may also need to reschedule some client services. We apologise for any inconvenience, however the health and safety of our clients and staff is our priority. Our staff will be in touch with you if your services are impacted. You can contact us on 9407 5940 if you have any enquiries.
