Anxiety and depression

Depression and anxiety are not a normal part of ageing.

beyondblue is a Victorian not-for-profit offering advice and support for issues around depression and anxiety – including information and resources for older people.

Memory loss and dementia

Alzheimer’s Australia is the peak body for people with dementia – as well as their families and carers – and provides support and services such as the National Dementia Helpline, counselling, support groups and resources.
