If your bin is damaged or missing a lid, please call us on 9217 2170.
You must leave damaged bins on the nature strip for repair or replacement.
It may take up to 5 – 7 business days before we deliver a replacement bin.
Missing or stolen bins
If your bin has gone missing and you have failed to locate it in your street please order your replacement bin online.
It may take up to 5 – 7 business days before we deliver a replacement bin.
Please mark you Council supplied bins with your property number so can identify your bins. Re-mark the number as often as necessary to keep it clearly visible.
