Order new bins

Moving into an existing house

If you are moving in to a previously occupied house and there are no bins, please order your replacement bin online.

It may take up to 5 days before we deliver a replacement bin.

Please ensure you display your property number (not the lot number) clearly on the letterbox or the front of your building.

If we require a Statutory Declaration, we'll let you know.

*Please note that your replacement rubbish bin will have a red lid, which may be different to that of your neighbours (dark green lid). There is no difference to the collection schedule or what goes into the bin. This progressive change will align the City of Whittlesea bin lid colours with the Australian Standard.
