Integrated Transport Plan

The City of Whittlesea is developing an Integrated Transport Plan (ITP) to guide transport planning and advocacy in the City of Whittlesea over the next 10 years. The plan will give our community greater choice in how they move around and will include active transport (including walking and cycling), roads, public transport, freight movements and road safety.

The Integrated Transport Plan will aim to guide the future development and expansion of the municipality’s transport network in a manner which is efficient, equitable, safe, sustainable and accessible.
