We're committed to creating connected communities through events.

There's something for everyone with events such as Walking Thomastown, Bundoora Beats, Carols by Candlelight, and the Community Festival. Not only are these events a great day or night out for the community, but they also provide opportunities for locals to showcase their talents and businesses.

Expressions of Interest now open for 2026-27 event season

We are currently seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from people looking to be involved in the 2026-27 event season:

  • Walking Thomastown, Saturday 29 August 2026
    Food vendors only
    EOI closes 27 July 2026
  • Bundoora Beats, Saturday 14 November 2026
    Food vendors only
    EOI closes 14 September 2026
  • Carols by Candlelight, Friday 11 December 2026
    Food vendors and performers only (including our Community Choir)
    EOI closes 5 October 2026
  • Community Festival 2027, Sunday 14 March 2027
    Food vendors, performers, market stall holder and community stall holders
    EOI closes 18 January 2027
