What does the proposed Development Plan do?

The preparation of a Development Plan is a statutory requirement in accordance with the Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 5). The Development Plan consists of both text and plan components and provides for a road layout and future development parcels. The Development Plan identifies allotment sizes that will be considered for each part of the site. The ultimate subdivision layout will be subject to a separate subdivision permit application, which must be generally in accordance with the Development Plan if approved.

Exhibition of the proposed Development Plan

As part of a non-statutory exhibition process, the proposed 1025 Yan Yean Road Doreen Development Plan is being referred to potentially affected property owners/occupiers and relevant Government agencies.

The Development Plan is being exhibited from 19 February 2024 to 11 March 2024.
