City of Whittlesea's Youth Development team provide programs, events and projects that young people can get involved in throughout the year including school holidays.
Weekly program for young people
Young Women's Leadership Program
Join us for an exciting free 8-week program design to empower and inspire you.
We'll cover topics around women in leadership, challenging gender norms, healthy relationships and gender equity, and more!
Don't miss this incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and connect with a community of empowered young women.

Every Monday during school terms, the FReeZA crew gather to collaborate!
You're invited to immerse yourself in an atmosphere buzzing with creativity and connect with like-minded individuals to explore the endless possibilities that FReeZA has to offer.

Youth Takeover Night
Hang out and connect with young people in the City of Whittlesea for an after hours event at Mill Park Library.
Bring your crew or meet new friends as we play board games, virtual reality, watch a movie and more! Snacks will also be provided.
Our Youth Takeover Nights happen the second Friday of every month from 6 - 9pm at Mill Park Library, 394 Plenty Rd, Mill Park.
This event is recommended for young people aged 15 to 25.
