CAPOW: Moment of Magic is a one-night-only event putting the spotlight on the incredible local talent in the City of Whittlesea. This special event showcases the Creative Arts Practitioners of Whittlesea (CAPOW) as part of the City of Whittlesea’s 2025 PRACC Performance Season. It’s a tribute to the artists, musicians, performers and creatives who live and work in our community.
