Cultural Diversity Week

Cultural Diversity Week is a special time for us to celebrate and reflect on our rich cultural history and the contributions people of diverse backgrounds have made to our community. The week encompasses Harmony Day and is celebrated in March each year.

In 2026, Cultural Diversity Week took place across Victoria from 21 to 29 March. The 2026 theme was "Culture connects us all". The theme highlighted the unique and shared cultural connection that defines our diverse communities, encouraging us to honour our own cultural stories and those of others, fostering understanding, belonging and connection.
