Expression of Interest - Olivine Recreation Reserve Summer Tenancy

We invited local cricket clubs from the City of Whittlesea to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the summer tenancy (October 2025 to March 2026) at Olivine Recreation Reserve located at 2 Cycad Avenue, Donnybrook.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Acknowledge their completion of Council’s Fair Access Policy implementation if successful
• Provide a draft budget for the upcoming season
• Provide adequate level of insurance
• Include any letters of support for your application including potential sponsors
• Complete the online EOI form below. 

EOIs have now closed. Council is reviewing all submissions and will advise next steps in due course.
