Doreen pop-up clothing and textile recycling collection

Clean out your wardrobe and linen cupboard, bring your damaged, ripped, stained and unusable clothing and textile items to this recycling event.

What will be accepted on the day

We'll be accepting the following items:

• Pants and skirts
• jackets and coats
• hi-visibility wear
• stockings
• swimwear and wetsuits
• bed linen and towels
• hats, bags and offcuts of fabric.

All items must be clean. Items can be damaged, ripped, and stained.

What will not be accepted on the day

Please do not bring the following items:

• Dirty or soiled items
• underwear, socks or bras
• duvets or cushions
• carpet 
• soft toys.

All other items will not be accepted at this pop-up recycling event.

What happens to the collected items

All items collected at this event will be made into a recycled material for insulation.

Donate good quality clothing to your local Op Shop.
