  • Asbestos is accepted at Heidelberg Materials (Wollert Landfill) but must meet their guidelines for small quantities. For more information, refer to the FAQ section on Heidelberg Materials website.
  • You must meet EPA guidelines when transporting and removing large quantities of asbestos.
  • Visit Asbestos in Victoria website for information on the risks of asbestos and how to safely manage or remove it.
  • Put in your rubbish bin.
  • Please do not use balloons outdoors. Use flags, bubbles, bunting or banners instead.
  • Council-run community events are balloon-free because balloon litter is a particular hazard for birds.  Find out more at Zoos Victoria.

Batteries are not allowed in any kerbside bins.
