Museums Victoria Pop-up - Epping North

Explore a range of different objects across a timeline spanning from Australian dinosaurs to megafauna, to animals you see today.

Museums Victoria will bring real objects from Melbourne Museum, allowing you to see these up close.

What you’ll see:

A life-sized Muttaburrasaurus skull and leg
A Diprotodon skull cast, and footprints artwork
Koolasuchus cleelandi, an ancient car-sized amphibian and Victoria’s State Fossil Emblem
Artwork of Thylacoleo to scale, as well as a cast of a Thylacoleo skull
Australian animal taxidermy from the Museums Victoria collection (koala, platypus, echidna, a range of birds, and more)

Prior to this hour-long session at Galada Community Centre in Epping North, the pop-up museum will be at Mill Park from 10.30am.

For ages 3-13. Bookings are essential.
