Young Women’s Leadership Program

This free eight-week program is designed to empower young women aged 14–20 to build leadership skills, confidence, and connections.

In a supportive, peer-led environment, participants will:

• Explore women in leadership and gender equity
• Challenge gender norms and stereotypes
• Learn about healthy relationships
• Strengthen their own leadership skills and voice

Over the years, this program has supported young women to step into leadership roles, including joining the City of Whittlesea Youth Council and leading community initiatives.
