Operated by Vinay Nair, an Epping based Mental Health Counsellor and trainer, stridenetwork provides psychological safety training for workplaces ( including EAP services) and 1-1 counselling and coaching for individuals / couples.
Vinay is also a Mental Health First Aid Instructor and is a Mental Health Consultant with the Victorian Chamber of Commerce as well as St John Ambulance Vic.
Vinay is the founder of the Whittlesea Walk and Talk - a nature based volunteer run community wellbeing project and a board member at Creeds Farm Living and Learning Centre.
