Business Advisory Panel

The City of Whittlesea Business Advisory Panel brings together representatives from local agriculture, tourism, education, trade, resource recovery, manufacturing, and small business, to support the community’s Strong Local Economy Initiatives.

The City of Whittlesea Business Advisory Panel is comprised of up to 19 members, including local business industry professionals, City of Whittlesea Councillors, and Council staff.

Guided by its terms of reference, the Business Advisory Panel meets five times per year and works collaboratively to deliver key objectives and advocate for a strong local economy – one of the four overarching goals in the Council’s 2040 Plan.

Endorsed in 2020, the Plan emphasises the importance of the City of Whittlesea being home to successful, innovative local businesses that provide employment and education opportunities for our community.
