Day One Run Club is a free community Run Club in the heart of Doreen!

Walk, jog, run or just stand and cheer... whatever you feel like you can do, everyone is welcome to join us :)

  • Date: Every Friday
  • Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm (ideal arrival 10-mins prior)
  • Location: Laurimar Recreation Reserve Playground - meet under the sheltered area
  • Cost: FREE! Optional $10 Hydration Electrolyte shot and High-Protein Iced Choc available (see below)

What will the session look like?

  • 5:20pm - Sign-in + collect Hydration Electrolyte shot
  • 5:30pm - Welcome + Warm-Up
  • 5:45pm - Guided Run, Jog, Walk on the surrounding pathways
  • 6:15pm - Warm-Down + High-Protein Iced Chocolates
