Outdoor Sketching and Painting (April)

Experience the fun of sketching and painting outdoors, surrounded by nature and fellow artists.

This friendly, informal gathering offers encouragement and inspiration but is untutored. No materials are provided so BYO art supplies and chair.

Open to all skill levels, from beginners to professionals. Suitable for landscape enthusiasts and nature journalists – or if you just want to hang out while you take photos, meditate or do your own thing, you are very welcome too.

Come along and get creative in the great outdoors.

 

When

Location

Enter the park via Recreation Rd, and follow the sealed road on the left past lower carpark and playground, then head up the hill to the Top Lookout/Caretaker’s Picnic Area.

There are two carparking areas and toilets. The upper-most carpark includes disabled parking and a sealed path to the toilet block.

Seating may be limited if the park is busy so bring your own chair or rug.
