Darebin Creek Corridor Care – Bundoora

IMG_6732

Enjoy a peaceful morning by the Darebin Creek while helping new plantings grow into vital habitat for small birds.

Dig in, have a chat, help our plants thrive, and finish with a relaxing cuppa. Open to all, no experience required.

Please wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes and sun protection, and bring plenty of drinking water and gloves if you have them (or use ours).

We’ll be removing environmental weeds from around newly planted indigenous seedlings between McLeans Rd and Greenhills Rd bridge in Bundoora. Exact location will be confirmed closer to the day – please register so we can share meeting details with you.

Start the new year by taking meaningful action at this inclusive event for anyone interested in nature, meeting new people, and supporting the environment.

Please contact us if you have any questions or need any support to volunteer with us.

This project is funded by the Australian Government’s Urban Rivers and Catchments Program, with the support of the Darebin Creek Management Committee and City of Whittlesea.
