Together Connect – Pilot Project March to August 2025

Next date: Tuesday, 06 May 2025 | 02:00 PM to 03:30 PM

A partnership of 10 community organisations piloting a warm bump in and entry to local services offerings through six themed sessions at Mill Park Library.

This project aims to increase service accessibility to the community in a socially inclusive space. It is also intends to create clear referral pathways between services and being a launching pad for further cross service collaboration.

People who work, live or play in the City of Whittlesea are invited to come along to one, a few or all of the free all-age community sessions.

Learn tips, access support, and take away information and resources. Engage at your own pace and meet the people offering support in your community.

Bring a friend or family member. Bookings not essential, walk-ins welcome.
