The Creative Plan 2025-2030 outlines the City of Whittlesea’s direction for arts, culture, and events.
The vision of the plan is to nurture a thriving creative community, where residents have joyful experiences, express themselves, and celebrate their culture close to home.
We know that participation in arts, culture, and events improves health and wellbeing, fosters community pride, contributes to the local economy, and promotes inclusion and social cohesion.
By pursuing these outcomes, this plan contributes to Council’s most important commitments to its community.
