Grants Policy

The City of Whittlesea’s Grants Policy confirm Council’s commitment to support individuals, community groups, not-for-profit organisations and businesses across the municipality.

Through the Grants Policy, Council continues to celebrate the diversity of the City of Whittlesea while supporting initiatives that strengthen community connection, wellbeing and opportunity.

The Grants Policy provides:

• a definition of grants offered by Council
• the minimum eligibility requirements across all grants offered by Council
• transparency of the Governance and decision-making process of grants offered and approved by Council
• an outline of responsibilities of grant recipients

The Grants Policy guides Council’s work and in line with the City of Whittlesea’s 2040 goals and Community Plan.
