Place Frameworks

Place Frameworks are strategic documents developed with community and represent a shared vision between community and the Council.

They translate the Whittlesea 2040 goals to a place and respond to the distinct needs of the locality. They guide development and prioritise infrastructure investment by Council.

The implementation of these frameworks is subject to further project development, budget planning, and consultation.

Mill Park Place Framework

The Mill Park Place Framework has been developed with input from a dedicated community reference group and outlines a plan to improve Mill Park’s streets, public spaces, community areas, infrastructure and transport over time.
