Appointment of Councillors to Committees 2025-26

Each year Council appoints representatives to external organisations, committees and boards, as well as Council-managed advisory committees.
Councillor representation on these committees ensures that Council is able to participate and contribute to local and strategic issues that align to the Council goals.
Some of these are Community Advisory Committees that facilitate community participation and input into policy and service deployment, others are Standing Committees which are formal committees that advise and recommend to Council.
At the Council Meeting on Tuesday 16 December, Councillors were appointed to the following committees:
