Council seeks feedback on community connection and participation
Published on 02 July 2026
The City of Whittlesea is inviting randomly selected residents to help shape Council planning and decision-making by sharing their experiences through the latest round of its Community Insights study.
Comprising three surveys a year, the study explores different aspects of life in the City of Whittlesea. The current survey focuses on residents’ connection with community and Council, as well as their participation in local events, activities and entertainment.
Feedback gathered through these surveys helps Council improve services and build a deeper understanding of community needs and experiences over time.
Residents who are selected to take part will receive an invitation to participate via email or letter.
Participation is voluntary and all responses are confidential. The survey is offered in multiple languages and residents with limited digital access are welcome to complete it over the phone by calling customer service, or by visiting the Civic Centre.
The online survey takes about 15 minutes, with the option to save your progress and return later so you don’t need to complete it in one go.
The final day to complete the survey is Sunday 2 August 2026.
