Nominations open: City of Whittlesea 2026 Business Awards

The City of Whittlesea is excited to announce that nominations are now open for the 2026 City of Whittlesea Business Awards, a celebration of the exceptional talent, innovation and resilience within the local business community.
Now in its fourth year, the awards shine a spotlight on businesses of all sizes and sectors that contribute to the economic strength and vibrancy of the City of Whittlesea.
The Business Awards provide a unique opportunity to highlight local achievements and encourage businesses to showcase their success stories, commitment to excellence, and positive impact on the community and industry.
Nominations are open now and close at 5pm on Friday, 13 March. Finalists will be announced on 14 April, with winners celebrated at a gala awards evening on Thursday, 25 June at the Plenty Ranges Arts and Convention Centre in South Morang.
The Business Award categories include:
- Customer Service – recognising exceptional customer care.
- Innovation and Enterprise – celebrating creative ideas and growth.
- Sustainability and Environment – honouring leadership in sustainable business practices.
- Community Contribution – showcasing meaningful impact in the local community.
- Diversity and Inclusion – highlighting excellence in equity and diverse workplaces.
- Small Business – celebrating thriving small and home-based businesses.
- Business of the Year – awarded to the highest scoring nominee across all categories.
