The Whittlesea City Council declares that by this notice it acquires the following interest in a part of the land described as Lot 1 on Title Plan TP143564P, being a part of the land contained in Certificate of Title Volume 9936 Folio 906 and situated at 495 Epping Road, Wollert, Vic 3750 as shown hatched on the plan below.
Interest Acquired: That of Murat Arli and Mine Arli (as registered proprietors) and all other interests.
The acquisition is made pursuant to section 112 of the Local Government Act 2020 for the purpose of road improvements to facilitate the upgrade of the intersection at Epping Road and Boundary Road in Wollert.
A notice of intention to acquire the interest in the land was served on 7 October 2025.
