Positive Ageing Expo 2026: Live Well, Age Well
Published on 22 May 2026
The City of Whittlesea’s Positive Ageing Expo 2026 invites older residents, carers and community members to discover services, information and support that promote healthy, active and connected ageing.
This free community event will bring together more than 50 service providers, including community organisations, health professionals, advocacy groups and seniors clubs. The event will feature key resources and support to help older adults live well, stay independent and remain connected within the community.
Attendees can explore a range of stalls and enjoy informative presentations from sector experts on topics that support healthy and positive ageing.
Held in recognition of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day on 15 June, the Expo also aims to raise awareness about elder abuse and promote respect, inclusion and dignity for older people.
As part of the event, the Beyond Age Project will be showcased, featuring local seniors sharing reflections to their younger selves through portraits and personal stories. The exhibition encourages conversations around ageism and its impact on older people. A free information session by Seniors Rights Victoria will also be presented during the day.
Entry to the Expo is free and no bookings are required.
