About the project

The City of Whittlesea will soon upgrade The Boulevard in Thomastown to create a safer, greener and more welcoming shopping strip for the community. This includes extensive works at the Boulevard/Station Street intersection to improve safety and access for all visitors. The upgrades aim to encourage more people to visit, shop and spend time in the area.

The project is part of Council’s ongoing commitment to revitalising key neighbourhood centres and has been shaped by input from traders, residents and shoppers.
